$265 Million in Ascentium Capital’s ABS Notes Upgraded and Affirmed by Moody's

Moody's Investors Service upgraded and affirmed certain small-ticket equipment lease backed securities issued from Ascentium Equipment Receivables 2014-1 and 2015-1 LLC.

Ascentium Capital, a national commercial lender providing comprehensive finance solutions, announced that Moody's Investors Service upgraded and affirmed certain small-ticket equipment lease backed securities issued from Ascentium Equipment Receivables 2014-1 and 2015-1 LLC.
The upgrade was a result of strong collateral, credit enhancement and portfolio performance. The credit assumptions include Moody's expected lifetime cumulative net loss (CNL) expectation remain unchanged at 2.00% and 2.25% respectively.
