Alan Register
Executive Vice President, Ascentium Group Manager Alan joined Regions in 2016 and is an Executive Vice President in Commercial Banking with responsibility for the bank's Commercial Small Business strategy and execution. In July 2025, his leadership expanded to cover Ascentium Capital,
a division of Regions Bank. Prior to this role, he served as the Market Executive for Birmingham and also as the Commercial Banking District Director for the Alabama, Mississippi and Florida Panhandle Markets.
Prior to coming on board with Regions in 2016, Alan held the positions of City President, Commercial Banking Manager, and Commercial Relationship Manager with BBVA Compass (2001-2016). Before his time with BBVA Compass, Alan served in
a National Account Manager role with Fleet Bank’s Vendor Finance division (1999-2001), and prior to his time at Fleet, served in various treasury/finance roles with GTE (1992-1999). Alan started his banking career with First
Florida Bank in Tampa in 1986. Alan is a 1986 graduate of Samford University, earning a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Through the years, he has also participated in numerous non-profit and community-oriented activities. |

Mike held positions at Direct Capital, a division of CIT. Mike excels at developing innovative sales strategies that unlock new opportunities across the direct channel. With a strong track record of success, Mike combines deep industry
knowledge with exceptional leadership skills to inspire teams, exceed targets, and deliver consistent business results. Passionate about mentoring talent and championing data-driven decision-making, Mike is committed to the growth
of the organization. He attended the University of Southern Maine before starting his career in financial sales.

Dominic DiLoreto
Vice President, Ascentium Client Services & Asset Management Dominic DiLoreto is Vice President of Client Services & Asset Management at Ascentium Capital. He oversees Client Services and post closing portfolio servicing functions, including Customer Service, Collections, Payment Processing, and Asset Management. Dominic joined Ascentium in 2013 following the acquisition of Wholesale Truck and Finance, where he previously held a leadership role. He has nearly three decades of experience in financial services and has held leadership positions across asset management, credit, and servicing functions.

Jack Caughran
Senior Vice President, Small Business Underwriting Group Manager Jack Caughran joined Regions Bank in 2007 and serves as the Small Business Underwriting Group Manager. Prior to assuming his current role in 2025, Jack served as the Business Risk and Compliance Manager for Commercial Credit Products, which focuses on the delivery of credit solutions to Regions’ commercial banking clients. In this role, his responsibilities included management of engagement with internal and external assurance partners and operational excellence in adherence to the organization’s Risk and Compliance framework. Throughout Caughran’s career at Regions, he has held leadership roles in Consumer Branch Banking, Small Business Underwriting, Commercial Underwriting, and Performance Management.

Craig Colling
Senior Vice President, Ascentium Vendor Channel Leader Craig Colling brings over 20 years of equipment finance expertise to his leadership role at Ascentium Capital. Since joining the company in 2018, Craig has held pivotal sales and strategic positions, contributing to the expansion of Ascentium’s national presence and the development of high-performing teams. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening client relationships and driving sustainable growth across the organization.
Before joining Ascentium, Craig held senior roles at an independent finance firm, where he focused on scaling originations and enhancing partner success. He began his career in the early 2000s as a top-producing sales executive and has consistently been recognized for his integrity, talent development, and strategic execution. Craig is a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) and earned his Business degree from the University of Arizona. He is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs through access to capital, mentoring emerging industry talent, and building enduring business partnerships. |
Ryan Driscoll
Senior Vice President, Ascentium Specialized Vertical Channel Leader Ryan joined Ascentium Capital in 2018 and quickly established himself as an invaluable leader within the organization. He currently drives sales efforts in the Specialized Vertical Channel space, developing strategies and leading multiple sales groups to deploy Vendor financing programs in industries that require a specialized approach. Prior to this Channel Leader role, Ryan helped expand the Direct Sales origination, opened and managed the Portland ME sales office and elevated the company’s franchise and hospitality channel strategies.
With over 20 years of industry experience, he previously led sales teams focused on commercial titled assets, business development, and franchise at several companies, including Direct Capital. Ryan earned his BS in Economics at University of Southern Maine and also holds an Associates in Small Business Management from the University of New Hampshire.

Angela Hillebrand
Vice President, Ascentium Operations & Quality Control Angela joined Ascentium Capital in 2006 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations & Quality Control, overseeing key operational functions including Documentation, Funding, Tax, Titling, Quality Control and Post-Closing. Over her tenure, she has led numerous strategic initiatives, including the creation of both the Post-Closing and Quality Control departments, and played a key role in developing the operations team for the company’s former Wholesale Truck and Finance division.

Ozgen Sayginsoy
Senior Vice President, Ascentium Risk Management Ozgen Sayginsoy is the Senior Vice President, Ascentium Risk Management, with experience in risk management
and analytics. Prior to joining Ascentium, Ozgen was Chief Credit, Market and Liquidity Risk Officer at Ocwen Financial Corporation. Prior to Ocwen, he was the Global Head of Default Analytics for Barclaycard, a division of Barclays,
and previously held a leadership role in risk management at HSBC. Ozgen started his career in academia as an Asst. Professor of Econometrics at State University of New York in Albany. Ozgen holds Ph.D. and M.A. degrees in Economics
from Cornell University, and an M.Sc. degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Bryan Wheeler
Senior Vice President, Ascentium Capital Markets Bryan Wheeler is Senior Vice President, Capital Markets and oversees all syndication and porfolio sales for Ascentium. Bryan brings over 25 years of equipment finance experience to his role. He has been with Ascentium Capital since its inception in 2011 and its predecessor Main Street Bank since 2005. Bryan earned his BS in Finance at the State University of New York.

Stacey Widom
Senior Vice President, Ascentium Credit (Mid-Ticket) Stacey brings over two decades of commercial credit underwriting experience to her role as Senior Vice President Ascentium Credit Mid-Ticket Team Leader. She spent her career at various New York banking institutions prior to joining Ascentium Capital’s predecessor company in 2008 as Vice President and a senior leader of the credit management team.
She is an experienced Commercial Credit Underwriter Manager with a proven track record of training and leading high-performance teams that deliver sound and compliant credit decisions. Utilizing her experience in financial risk management, portfolio management, and regulatory compliance, she specializes in structuring complex commercial lending approvals that balance both opportunity and risk. Known for her ability to mentor underwriting teams, Stacey is dedicated to fostering sustainable strategies while at the same time achieving organizational objectives. Stacey graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Binghamton with a BS in Business Administration. In 2020, Stacey received her Certified Lease & Financial Professional (CLFP) certification. |
